Spanish Roja - A top setting garlic, or stiff neck common term for this type of  ophioscorodon garlic. The Spanish Roja is a rocambole variety. Typically has 8-10 cloves centered around the stem. The rocambole variety types produce a medium size plant ,approxamately 2 feet tall.
