All of our garlic is typically strong and hot in flavor. The soils in the Gillie basin provide high concentrations of natural minerals that produce the flavor that makes our garlic some of the best in the northeast.

German White: 4 cloves per bulb. Stiff neck (top Set) Continental variety. Medium/hot flavor.

Spanish Roja: 8-10 cloves per bulb. Stiff neck Rocambole variety. Hot flavor, great garlic for cooking.

 Jazz: 4-6 cloves per bulb, not a big bulb but a very nice large clove size. Our version of 'Music'. a.k.a
 Italian Red: 8-12 cloves per bulb. Soft neck Artichoke variety. Good strong flavor.  Ocassionaly the structure of soem bulbs is 4-6 cloves per bulb. Soft neck Artichoke variety. Good strong flavor. Odd bulb shape, oval. Cloves are lined up in a row, instead of the typical circle. Riesig: 6-8 cloves per bulb. Similar to the German Red, bulb size is  larger, red/purple clove skin.
